  • Weight Training
    Our weight training area is provided to offer a spacious and comfortable atmosphere that is highly ventilated. The weight training equipment cosists of panatta, precor, hammer strength and more plus a large range of free weights.
  • Circuit Training
    This form of training involves a series of pin-loaded equipment, bars, sit-up equipment and rowing machines. The purpose of this training is to provide a full body work out, that increases your cardiovascular fitness and improves muscle tone and strength, while reducing and burning fat in a minimum amount of time. it is positioned in a fairly private, closed section of the gym in order to provide some privacy. Also our gym instructors and personal trainers can assist this form of training.

  • Personalised Programs - Toning & Shaping, Weight Loss or Gain, Body Building
    Probody Fitness provides its members with experienced, certified personal trainers and qualified gym instructors. They prepare a personalised fitness program and work with you to help you to exercise properly and efficiently, motivating you to acheive your goals. At probody Fitness there is always help and guidance if the need arises.
  • Computerised Cardio Equipment - Treadmills, Bikes, Steppers, Crosstrainers & Rowers
    This area is dedicated to solely providing a variety of modern "state-of-the-art" computerised cardio equipment. It consists of Sports Art and track master treadmills, Techno Gym recline bikes, Heart Rate Trainer (HRT) bikes, Tectrix stair climbers and high-tech cross training machines. The equipment has instructions and are easy to use. They also provide different resistance levels of cardio training that can include heart rate monitored programming. TV and music are provided to make the work out enjoyable and seem effortless.
  • Group Exercise Classes - Boxercise, Step, Pilates, Yoga
    This part of the gym is located on the second floor and is mainly dedicated to Group Exercise Classes, as indicated on the timetable. This Aerobics area is large, spacious and comfortable, contemporary in style, perfectly ventilated, bright with windows circulating around the room. It also offers privacy from the rest of the gym.
  • Free Parking
    There is plenty of free easy parking just outside the gym.
  • Change Rooms
    There are seperate change rooms for men and women to use and they provide all the necessary facilities such as toilets, showers,mirrors, benches and clothes hooks. These rooms also supply shampoo and fragrances. Individual lockers are provided but you must bring your own lock. Staff can also mind certain items for temporary safekeeping.
  • LCD televisions with music videos
  • Kiosk - water, protein drinks, protein bars etc
